Experience real NC seafood at the State Fair

Recipe

Last year, Captain Neill's Carolina Crab Dip received the honor of best new food at the North Carolina State Fair. They have returned this year with firecracker shrimp over Asian slaw. And yes, that's real North Carolina shrimp!

Captain Neill’s has been a vendor at the fair since 2004. The family operates a seafood processing plant in Columbia that employs about 155. “We source most of our seafood out of North Carolina,” said Tara Foreman. “Our crab, shrimp and catfish are from off our coast. All of our seafood comes from domestic sources, nothing foreign.”

You will find Captain Neill's next to the State Fair Ark. For a State Fair food map click here.
