NC Catch Chef Ambassador, Keith Rhodes, a Wilmington native, owns and operates Catch Restaurant in his home town. His enthusiasm for North Carolina seafood is contagious, and his passion for modern seafood cuisine comes through in every bite.

Rhodes does a great deal of outreach work, including public school visits to teach students about nutrition.

Chef Rhodes was a James Beard Award Semi-Finalist for Best Chef: Southeast in 2011. He was voted Wilmington’s best chef for three consecutive years and also appeared on Season 9 of Bravo TV's "Top Chef"
