NC Catch would like to thank everyone who made The Hackney Passion Series such a success last week - especially Chef Jamie Davis, Susanne Hackney, and Nick Sanders, who tirelessly put together an event we’ll be talking and dreaming about for the next year. They brought together some of the finest chefs in North Carolina - all NC Catch Chef Ambassadors, Seafood Suppliers, Fisherwomen, Fishermen, Wild Shellfish Foragers, and the best group of seafood loving patrons, all to support NC Seafood and NC Catch.
Featured NC seafood: blue crab, soft shell blue crab, oysters, shrimp, catfish, tuna, tulip snail, mussels, clams, spiny lobster, white grunt, crawfish, and more.

The food featured the best of North Carolina seafood with the amazing sorcery of the talented Chefs to create art on the plate. It is nearly impossible to pick a favorite night or a favorite dish. Just see for yourself!
